Noah’s Helping Hands Project was started in memory of our son, Noah John Hannon, who came into this world silently on June 8, 2021. Noah was born at 39 weeks and unfortunately we still do not know what caused him to pass away. He weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz., had the most perfectly soft skin, and surprisingly a lot of dark, wavy hair.
Noah is missed every second of every day, especially by his big sister Addie. Experiencing such a tragic event opened our eyes and hearts to being more purposeful with the time we have in this world. Our mission is to strengthen our community by helping people in need and improving the lives of families in the Western New York area.
At Noah’s Helping Hands, we believe in making a meaningful impact in our community. We are proud to support North Tonawanda City Schools and Cleve Hill Elementary, alongside our ongoing work with the Amherst School District. Each September, we provide students with essential school supplies, ensuring they start the year prepared. In December, we bring joy with holiday gifts such as hats, gloves, grocery gift cards, and other essentials, making the season a little brighter.
In November 2024, we extended our hands to Oishei Children’s Hospital. We deliver kindness bags, giving comfort and encouragement to children and families during their hospital stays. These bags are replenished throughout the year, based on various times of the year, ensuring ongoing support when it’s needed most.
Together with our incredible supporters, we’re creating change one act of kindness at a time.
